The EU’s Critical Raw Materials Act (CRMA) is a key policy initiative aimed at ensuring a secure and sustainable supply of critical raw materials while balancing economic, environmental, and geopolitical considerations.

On 11 December 2024, the International Raw Materials Observatory hosted an expert roundtable on a results-oriented implementation of the EU Critical Raw Materials Act (CRMA). The discussion, held under the Chatham House Rule, took place in Brussels, connected to the EU Raw Materials Week. Policy-shapers and industry leaders, each playing critical roles in this transition, convened to deliberate on forthcoming challenges and opportunities for collaboration. The event was organised in collaboration with Latitude Five.
